WHERE:  Perfect North Slopes, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.  Meet at the the church at 7:00am sharp so we can load up the van and hit the road!  The earlier we get there, the more time we have to ski!!! For directions to the church, click HERE.
 
WHO CAN COME:  All middle & high school students are welcome (6th -12th grade), parents and adult chaperones are also always welcome to join us!
 
COST:
  • $50.00  (this covers choice of skiing or snowboarding, plus free tubing)
  • Bring cash for 2 meals at Ski Lodge (we suggest bringing at least $25.00)
  • If you need to rent Ski pants bring an extra $15.00
 ***If you are a student and would like to come, but need financial help, let us know and we'll do the best we can to help you out and provide a way for you to earn some extra $$$

How To Register:
 
1.  Download and print out the Parent Consent Form & the Perfect North Waiver
THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!  Your parents must fill these out, and you must bring both of these with you on Saturday in order for you to be able to come with us.  DO NOT FORGET YOUR FORMS!!!
2.  Fill out the form below - You must fill out a separate form, and make a separate payment for each registrant.
3.  Make payment through the PayPal link at the bottom of the page, or contact Jonny (use email listed below) to pay by check or cash.

Online Registration:

How to Make Payment Online:
 
1. Fill in the box "Name of Attendee" by entering the name of person who will be attending the trip, whom the registration payment is for.
 
2. Select the Pay Now button to be directed to a secure PayPal site where you can complete the payment. Note: You do not have to create a PayPal account to pay online, simply select the option to pay without a PayPal account.
  
3.  You will recieve a confirmation email from PayPal regarding your payment.
