LHF This Week: Apr. 26- May 3, 2026

Hello, Church Family!

As we step into a new week and approach the month of May, we’re thankful for the ways God continues to work in and through our church family. From faithful service to answered prayers, it’s a joy to see His hand at work in both big and small ways.

In this week’s edition, you’ll find a Sunday Worship recap, church highlights, upcoming events, this week’s Bible reading plan, and our updated prayer list.

Sunday Worship Recap

We gathered together this Sunday to continue our study through the Sermon on the Mount.

Pastor Chris once again led us through Matthew 5, reminding us that Jesus calls His followers to a life that reflects a transformed heart. This teaching continues to challenge us to move beyond outward religion and into genuine, Christ-centered living.

As we walk through this series, we are being encouraged to evaluate our hearts, our attitudes, and our actions—asking whether they truly reflect the character of Christ.

If you missed the sermon, you can listen or watch anytime on our website, podcast platform, or YouTube channel.
