LHF This Week: April 20-27, 2025 Edition

Easter Sunday Wrap-up & Looking Forward

We hope you had a blessed week. Here's a look at what's happening at LHF:

Sunday in Review

This past Sunday was a truly wonderful Easter Celebration as we gathered to worship our Risen Savior! Pastor Chris' powerful message from Luke 24 beautifully reminded us that the hope lost when Adam and Eve sinned in the garden was fully restored through Jesus' resurrection from the grave. This glorious hope is available to all humanity, to anyone who believes. The resurrection of Christ is not just a historical event; it is the very foundation of our Christian faith.

It was a joy to welcome several first-time guests with us yesterday. We pray you felt welcomed and the presence of God among us.

A special thank you goes out to our dedicated decoration team. The church looked absolutely beautiful for our special day, creating a truly festive atmosphere. We also want to express our sincere gratitude to those who so generously provided special treats and goodie bags for our kids! Your thoughtfulness brought many smiles. We truly have a sweet church family.

Ministry Highlights

This past week, our Seniors enjoyed a great time at their monthly lunch! They met at Ramsey's this month, which always offers delicious food and a wonderful place for fellowship. If you are a senior and interested in taking part in the May Senior Lunch, be on the lookout for details in future editions of LHF This Week or check out our church calendar at lhfellowship.com.

Opportunities to Connect

Just a quick reminder about our Sunday School Classes! Each Sunday morning at 9:15 AM, we have classes available for all ages, from our children to adults. If you're not currently part of a Sunday School class, this coming Sunday would be a great time to dive in and get connected. Come a little early and enjoy some hot coffee and fresh donuts available before classes begin!

We look forward to connecting with you this week!
