LHF This Week: July 19-26, 2026

Welcome to a brand-new issue of LHF This Week! We are officially in the heart of July, basking in the peak of the summer heat. Dive into this week’s refreshing update to find out how you can get plugged in, get involved, and stay in prayer with your LHF family!

Weekend Wrap-Up

This past Sunday, we gathered for our weekly Bible study and Sunday school classes at 9:15 AM, enjoying a wonderful time of small-group interaction and intentional discipleship. Our Worship Service kicked off at 10:15 AM, and there was a truly great spirit in the room as we sang praises together.

We were blessed to hear a special report from Priti Bansod about the impactful ministry work taking place over in India. Following the update, Pastor Derek preached Part 1 of a new two-part series from Psalm 51, focusing closely on the vital subjects of repentance and restoration. Written as David’s heartbreaking prayer of repentance after being confronted by Nathan the prophet regarding his sin with Bathsheba, the entire psalm provides us with a clear roadmap to restoring our fellowship with the Lord.

Missed the Service? Part 2 will follow in two weeks. If you were unable to make it, you can catch up on the sermon audio on our website or your favorite podcast platform. Full video of the message is also available on our YouTube channel.
