Hello, March!
There’s something refreshing about stepping further into a new month. The days are slowly getting longer, hints of spring are beginning to show, and we’re reminded that seasons always move forward. In many ways, this mirrors the steady work of Christ in our lives—faithfully shaping us, growing us, and drawing us closer to Himself.
In this week’s edition, you’ll find a Sunday Worship recap, reminders about upcoming events, our outreach opportunity, this week’s prayer list, and our continued Bible reading plan. Let’s take a look at what’s happening around Living Hope Fellowship.
Sunday Worship Recap
We had a wonderful time gathering together this Sunday to worship the Lord and open His Word.
Pastor Derek preached from Colossians 1:1–14, in a message titled:
“The Why to Our What”
The central theme was clear: Christ must be prominent in our faith.
Big Idea:Christ must be preeminent for our faith to be relevant.
We walked through four powerful truths:
When Christ is preeminent, the believer has identity(Colossians 1:1–2, 14)
When Christ is preeminent, the gospel has power(Colossians 1:3–8)
When Christ is preeminent, life has meaning(Colossians 1:9–11)
When Jesus is preeminent, worship gets real(Colossians 1:12–14)
It was a strong reminder that everything in our Christian life flows from keeping Jesus first. If you missed the sermon, you can listen or watch anytime on our website, podcast platform, or YouTube channel.

Sunday, March 15 – (After Service): Loving on Grace Drive
Our Outreach Team will host a simple but meaningful local outreach event.
Here’s the plan:
We’re looking for 20 people to bake a dozen cookies.
We’re looking for 20 pairs (individuals or families) to deliver those cookies to the 20 homes on Grace Drive.
Deliveries will happen on your way home from church.
The goal is simple: introduce ourselves, let them know we want to be good neighbors, and ask if there’s anything we can pray for.
There are so many opportunities to gather, grow, and serve together in the days ahead.

Join us as we continue reading through the Bible together in 2026:
Mon, Mar 2: Numbers 16–18

Looking Ahead
As we move further into March, may we keep Christ preeminent in every area of life. When He is first, everything else finds its proper place—our identity, our purpose, our worship, and our witness.
We look forward to seeing you this week and—Lord willing—together again this Sunday for worship.
Until then, may the Lord bless you, strengthen you, and fill your home with His peace.
